Reception

The Samsung S has received generally positive reviews. WPCentral said "It's really hard to find anything to complain about with the Samsung Focus S. It's not perfect but it is a really good Windows Phone." Engadget was slightly more critical, noting that "... we don't have any major complaints about the Samsung Focus S, but there wasn't much that wowed us either.". The most notable complaint is that its steep price does not justify the quality or featureset of the device.
