Tiba is an Iranian car made by Saipa. The car was originally named "Miniator", based on the "S81" platform.

, averages 7 liters of gasoline per 100 kilometers and puts out 80 horsepower (14 BHP) with a displacement of 1500cc. Price will be less than 10,000 dollars. The car has been designed and produced by domestic experts. In its production the services of some 122 local manufacturers have been utilized and about 810 parts have been produced. 15,000 Tiba/Miniator cars will be produced in 2009.

Production over the next three years will reach 200,000 per year. A new subsidiary, Kashan Saipa will take up production of the car. Kashan Saipa is the largest car manufacturing plant in the Middle East. The share of Tiba in Saipa’s exports is expected to be around 20 percent by 2011.
