bought all shares in major Dutch insurance provider Reaal. Since the 18th of May 2006, the company is listed on the Euronext stock exchange in Amsterdam. On the 4th of December 2006, it was announced that SNS Bank is taking over Regio Bank from ING in a €50.000.000 deal.
