Rufino Family

The Rufino family are a wealthy and influential dynasty of business owners, politicians, and philanthropists in the Philippines. Prominent members of the family include Forbes richest Filipina Marixi Rufino-Prieto, celebrity socialite Tessa Rufino-Prieto Valdez, artist Maria Victoria "Marivic" Rufino, ABS-CBN sports announcer Jinno Rufino, founder Ernesto Rufino, and chairman of First Philippine Holdings Corporation Federico Rufino Lopez. The Rufinos are among two Filipino individuals/families listed in Forbes magazine's list of the the Philippines' richest people.

Most of the family's current business interests are represented in the Rufino Group of Companies, which includes the Rufino Pacific Tower, also known as Rufino Tower and Rufino Plaza. The glass high rise is the tallest steel framed skyscraper in the Philippines which is located on Ayala Ave and VA Rufino St, named in honor of the Rufino family. [1]
