. The band is made up of Max Townsley and Drew Erickson. They are known for their wide range of influences and broad use of 80's synth funk and R&B sounds.

Self Titled EP

In the summer of 2008, they self recorded and released a 5 song self-titled EP, which immediately saw favorable reviews from bloggers and critics from all over. Upon release, the tracks ‘Nicotine’ and ‘In my Cards’ were being played in clubs and even featured on MTV

Recent activity

In March 2009, the band released the stand alone single "Runnin'" and played some dates during SXSW. Roy G and the Biv are currently working on their full length record.
