until it went out of business. The Art of Robotech: The Shadow Chronicles was being released by Stone Bridge Press which detailed aspects which lead up to, production and release of the movie itself. The Art of Robotech included detail information on ships, mecha, races, and factions which in and left out of the movie. It unclear background information put into the Shadow Chronicles art book that were left out of the movie are still considered canon.
