gang was playing cards with Quiroga when a dispute arose concerning a scarface poster that the Bandidos member had taken from one of Quiroga's friend. Quiroga led a dispute with the, then, Bandidos member and was stab later in the night by the bandidos member and died on scene. Afterword the Bandido member, was expelled from the club and received 40 [now 80 for another murder which he received 40] years in prison for the murder. The Bandidos made an official statement that the former member acted alone and without the consent or knowledge of the club.
