 and the Boys and Girls Club of Richmond, the choir is currently in its 12th season. In 1997, the RBC became an independent, non-profit 501(c)(3), organization. Shortly thereafter, the choir was bestowed with the title "Richmond's Ambassadors' of Song" by the mayor of Richmond. The choir regularly performs both within the community of Richmond and on tour throughout the United States
