Ricadonna's Rogues

After the passing of the Super Human Registration Act, Ricadonna and several other villains escaped from prison and formed a new villain team. Calling themselves Ricadonna's Rogues, this team consisted of Blue Streak (Jonathan Swift), Flame (Dan Springer), Ferocia, and Kingsize. The team was eventually defeated and captured by Heroes for Hire.
