Occurrence

They occur throughout the Indo-Pacific, the Marshall Islands, the Solomon Islands, the Philippines, Australia and the Gulf of Aqaba. These deposit-feeding gastropods can be found in clearer shallow water in coral reefs, preferring sandy to muddy bottoms.
