Registro Nacional de Estrangeiros (ʁeˈʒistɾu nasioˈnaw dʒi estɾɐ̃ˈʒejɾus, National Foreigner Registry) or RNE is a personal identity document
for foreign individuals living temporarily or permanently in Brazil
