Plot

The film starts out with two student fighting over the inheritance of their deceased master's sword called the "Green Frost Sword". Eventually, Han kills the other student and takes the sword. Han then bring s it back to the king.

Later, General Zhong Ki and her daughter Zhong Jiao Long with her servant Geng Liu Niang, visits the king. The king later forces the general to have her daughter marry Prince Lu Tian Xia. Then at night, Geng, revealing to be an expert martial artist, goes to steal to "Green Frost Sword" and brings Jiao Long away to save her from marrying the prince. The prince then arrives in the way with his henchmen and a big fight occurs where Geng seriously wounds the prince. Geng and Jiao Long then go into hiding. Jiao Long then becomes Geng's disciple where she teaches her kung fu.

The king then sees his son wounded and the "Green Frost Sword" gone. Han knows who did all this and the king sends him find the suspect.

The next day Geng leaves a note to Jiao Long and leaves and Han finds her. Geng is then revealed to be the widow of the student Han killed in the beginning of the film. They then fight where Han overpowers Geng and heavily injures her and takes the sword back. Han assumed that she's dead. Then Jiao Long sets out to find her teacher and does find her.

One day, Jiao Long goes out and meets a good bandit named Lo Yiu Hu. Jiao Long fights briefly with him before bringing him home where he hears who her teacher is. Lo turns out to be the disciple of Geng's kung fu elder sister. Then the three of them together revolt against the evil king and get the "Green Frost Sword" back. There they meet a rebellious nobleman Master Liu who joins them.

There they engage in a big fight where Han eventually gets killed but Prince Lu Tian Xia manages to get away. In the end, the heroes decide to retreat and hopes to get the prince later.
