. Max Taylor (Screech) once claimed that Samuel Caulkin was a drug addicted cop when he was recruited by General Taylor. Some appearances seem to imply Ramshot was once a guardsman at the Vault along with Sentry. This does not seem to be in the spirit of their first appearances where the distinction was made that Hugh Taylor and Samuel Caulkin were friends from the army while Curtis Elkins

Powers and abilities

Ramshot has a suit of armor that allows him to fly. He also emits a sonic type blast he calls a battering pulse.
