saw it fit to schedule a rematch at Kings of the Crimson Mask, August 2, 2008. However, this time, the two would meet in a TLC match. Leading up to that day the two were paired up on a team involved in a six man tag-team match that resulted in Quick turning on Hades, costing their team the match. Disgusted with his loss, when offered a handshake, Quick refused, discarding Hades handshake and exiting the ring. Ian Rotten quickly took the microphone and offered Quick a rematch, this time inside of a steel cage. Quick happily accepted. Weeks later, Quick began badgering Hades, showing up to events he was not scheduled on, simply to attack Hades. Even going as far as duct taping a plastic bag over his head, and tying a noose around his neck and hanging him over the top rope. Hades had had enough. He begged and pleaded with Ian Rotten
