Business Challenges & Negative Publicity

QNet has faced challenges with the media in several countries that has called the company a pyramid scheme. As QNet distributes its products to customers around the globe through its e-commerce platform and does not have a physical office presence in many such countries, this has led to many newspapers and online portals calling the company a scam. QNet has maintained that it operates a legitimate Direct Selling and Multilevel Marketing business model that is recognised in most advanced economies. QNet has also stated that developing countries must formulate a legislation to govern the Direct Selling industry that provides clear guidelines within which legitimate companies can operate and avoid being mistaken for a pyramid scheme.
