Prva Banka CG a.d. – osnovana 1901. was established on 5 March 1901 as Prva Niksicka stedionica - the first financial company of Montenegro.

Prva banka Crne Gore AD - Osnovana 1901 is a Montenegrin bank. Formerly known as Nikšićka banka AD, the bank was renamed in March 2007 following a takeover the previous autumn by Monte Nova, a company owned by Aco Đukanović. Prva banka CG assumed continuity from a bank, existing under various forms of ownership, that was founded in 1901.

The bank has many personal and business ties to the Montenegrin government. Đukanović, who owns 30% of the bank and is its biggest stakeholder, is the brother of Milo Đukanović—longtime Montenegrin Prime Minister and current ruling DPS

In mid-August 2007, Capital Invest, a company owned by Milo Đukanović, bought a 7% stake in the bank for €1.5 million. Also investing in the bank at that time was Ana Kolarević, Aco and Milo Đukanović's sister; she owns about 1% of the bank (worth €240,000).
