. The building was used as a refrigerator production facility by the Profilo company, a subsidiary of Profilo Group, before renovation and conversion.

The shopping mall had initially a covered area of 75,000 m², which was extended to 110,000 m² in a second phase. On 6 floors, it features 207 shops, 7 movie theaters, 3 theaters, a bowling alley with 20 lanes, a fitness club with swimming pool, a children’s center, fast food restaurants and cafeterias. The covered parking lot with capacity for 1,500 cars is free of charge.
