Ofsted
The Office for Standards in Education, Children's Services and Skills is the non-ministerial government department of Her Majesty's Chief Inspector of Schools In England ....

seven weeks after the school came under new management found a number of issues with provision of a strong education environment, including a lack of teaching resources and facilities, issues with planning and structuring curriculum delivery and shortcoming in background checks when recruiting staff. The Department for Education later stated (April 2010) "the timing of this inspection (May 2009) was unfortunate as (the new management) had not had the opportunity to improve standards in the school, or to implement changes". The report for 2010 stated that all issues raised in the 2009 report had been fully addressed by the school, and in 2010 was found to have made good progress and to fully satisfy all Ofsted requirements.
