Valley Rivalry

There is currently a lot of rivalry between certain teams in all 3 divisions in the Port Talbot Football League, the most fierce being between Gwynfi United & Glyncorrwg FC. With the two teams only 3 miles apart, and many of the players growing up together on and off the field, there is a sense of bragging rights in the Upper Afan Valley. Many spectators turn up just to be entertained in these two matches a season.

Bay/Dunes Rivalry

Inter Dunes have also built up a healthy rivalry with Real Bay View CF in the 2010-2011 season, with many players transferring between each club throughout the season, the most public being Richard Bennett from Real Bay View CF to Inter Dunes. The two clubs have not met as such (in League Form), but have also grown up with each other.
