"Points of Authority" is a song by American rock band Linkin Park, released as a promotional single from Linkin Park's debut album Hybrid Theory. A music video, which was a collage of various performances throughout 2001, was used to promote the band's first DVD entitled "Frat Party at the Pankake Festival". A remix by Jay Gordon entitled "Pts.OF.Athrty" was released as the lead single for the remix album Reanimation. Another remix, this time by The Crystal Method was released on the band's second annual fan club CD as a b-side to "Reanimation".
