TISM
TISM was a seven piece anonymous alternative rock band from Melbourne, Australia. The group was formed in 1982 and enjoyed a large underground/independent following. Their third album Machiavelli and the Four Seasons reached the Australian national top 10 in 1995...

. He uses his TISM pseudonym for the release of this album.

All the songs were written by Cheese and fellow TISM members Ron Hitler-Barassi and Humphrey B. Flaubert. Cheese plays most of the instruments, excluding drums. Platter features social commentary and satire that is also prominent in TISM's works with satirical references to Christopher Skase
