, and begins scouring the streets in the prowl for spies. In no time, he finds a group of foreign agents planning to detonate a series of black-ball bombs. When the agents realize the Panther is following them, they attempt a series of ways to thwart his pursuit of them.

Censorship

In the original version of this short, when the Panther finds a spy hideout and tries whispering the password "TSALB MIH" ("BLAST HIM" spelled backwards) to get in, he gets shot in the face by gunfire. In television prints, this was changed to a close up of a black-ball bomb coming out of the peephole and blowing up in his face.
