Biography

Penelope Trevor was born 1960 in Sydney but moved to Melbourne at the age of six. She made a name as an actor in various Australian TV-Series during the 1980s. Later in life Trevor has taken up writing and she won the Dobbie Award in the Nita Kibble Literary Award

As a journalist, Trevor has contributed with articles for "The Melbourne Weekly Magazine". Trevor has two boys, Jaspar and Tashi. She is the daughter of one-time Prisoner producer, the late Marie Trevor.
