The Peavey 6505 is available in a combo (Peavey 6505 112 Combo), 6505(head), 6505+(Head) or 6534+(head) and cab. The 6505 has two input channels (one high gain and one low gain), one set of presence and resonance for both channels. The 6505+ is based on the 6505 but has a separate EQ for the Rhythm Channel and has an extra tube in the pre-amp stage to aid with acquiring a better clean sound out of the amp, as the 6505 is known for having a gritty clean channel.
