Since his defeat, Natale has been arrested twice for domestic assault and battery. Natale had previously been arrested in 1988 and charged with assault and battery on a police officer and disturbing the peace. He was found not guilty and later unsuccessfully sued the town of Woburn for alleged injuries he sustained during the incident.
