The NLP advocated for yogic flying, believing that this form of meditation was the key to achieving world peace and universal health. The party was one of a number of Natural Law parties around the world. The party was de-registered by the Directeur général des élections du Québec, the Quebec government's election agency, in 2003. The federal and provincial parties have also become defunct.
