As well as being known as the two word combination of the words Panda and Cow, it has also been known to be referred to as a Pow or a Mow . The panda cow is also known by the newly formed scientific name for this animal, extrarius exemplum bovis.

Also known as the miniature panda cow, it is the result of a mutation. its markings include a white belt around the animal's midsection, and a white panda-like face with black markings around the eyes.
