They are not currently planning on recording an album, but instead a trilogy of EPs, or "Opera"; "The Lay Of the Land, The Turn Of The Tide" being Opus 1 and "Obscured By a Setting Sun" being Opus 2, which was released in November 2008. A box set of all three, plus other material has been mentioned as a possibility for the future.

The band are renowned for re-cycling guitar riffs from songs by early 80's Scottish band Scars.

After a negative comment was made towards Biffy Clyro on air, Frederick encountered the band at a nightclub in London, where he spent the evening attempting to avoid them, before eventually being approached and reprimanded by singer Simon Neil and drummer Ben Johnston. He apologised.
