99 one year membership allows the user to receive unlimited fifty minute training/instruction sessions. The only restriction is that users can only book one session at a time. The sessions offer instruction on any of Apple's software or hardware including Pro applications. Although there are predefined curricula (such as "Mac 101", "iPhone 101" or "Building your own Website") instruction on nearly any subject is available.

, but on May 2, 2007 was severed and became its own separate US$99 service. Existing ProCare members were given One to One memberships for the remainder of their ProCare subscription.
