One Truth is a hip hop artist, who has been writing poetry, performing spoken word, and entertaining audiences with rapping and singing as well as acting and comedic roles. One Truth was born and raised in San Francisco, California. He was raised by a single mother who had been a civil rights activist involved with multiple activist's groups. One Truth carries his parent's activist sensibilities into his art, displaying a different perspective that crosses cultural ties and genres. His songs are inspired by the reality of life.
This artist reached a distribution agreement in 2009 with Nashville record label, Bakertown Records. One Truth has appeared on JCTV
