He was involved with his father Dr. B. V. Raman's The Astrological Magazine for almost four decades. Dr. B. V. Raman was impressed with his scholarship in Astrology
, Vastu and other vedic subjects. He got involved with the Horoscope Section immediately after his education and later became the publisher of The Astrological Magazine. Dr. Raman organized the first all India symposium conference on Vaastu Shastra. It was big success with more than 1500 delegates attending it.
