 in 2007. Pi Nature was a big step forward for the band as they began to tour across Canada to promote the new album. Ninjaspy dawned the genre "skankore" or hardcore/ska, with their genre-crossing, unique sound. Ninjaspy have toured with the likes of Protest The Hero

On September 4, 2009 the band announced during their 2009 Cross Canada tour kick-off, that they had signed with Zestone Records (Japan), and would re-release Pi Nature on the label.

Also in 2009 saw Ninjaspy performed during the Calgary stop of Kevin Lyman

 tour, as well as the Vancouver stop for the Vans Warped Tour with 2010 seeing the band tour Japan for the first time with Death By Stereo and Lost.

Live performances

Ninjaspy is known for their energetic, crazy, and entertaining live shows. In a live review, CordMag said "[n]ot a speck of the stage was left untouched by this band’s chaotic feet." CordMag also said "...while I listened to and got somewhat scared by the samples I’d heard that afternoon," "Ninjaspy is really not my type of music... but they bloody well are entertaining."
