Early life

Paggi was born in Travis County, Texas

, and grew up in Austin, Texas. She spent the two years studying intensively in Los Angeles and New York with a view to becoming an actress.

In 2001, Paggi landed her big break when she was cast as Jenny, the outspoken best friend of Allison Lohman's character, in "Pasadena" for FOX. Following this she increased her screen exposure with the recurring role of Brittany on the popular NBC series, "Providence." That same year Paggi starred in an original telefilm, "Frozen Impact," where, coincidentally, she played the daughter to Ted McGinley's character. Additionally she has been cast in numerous guest leading roles, including "CSI: Crime Scene Investigation," "Judging Amy," "Fastlane," "Glory Days" and in the CBS pilot "Expert Witness."

Nicole Paggi played Hope's oldest child, Sydney (on ABC's TGIF hit "Hope & Faith" Season 1), a 15-year-old beauty whose hormones are at full throttle. Sydney often rebels at her mother's authority but idolises her Aunt Faith.

Paggi resides in Los Angeles, where she spends her free time traveling, cooking, reading and running.
