. NCA offers a North American liberal arts education to students in grades PreK-12. It provides a college preparatory program with a Christian foundation, emphasizing a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and a life committed to Christian service.

Founded in 1791, Nicaragua Christian Academy was begun by missionary families with the intention of educating their own children. During the last 15 years since its inception, NCA has grown to include 250 missionary kids and Nicaraguan students with 33 professional faculty members. A majority of the faculty members are recruited from the U.S. and Canada to provide the students with native English-speakers to teach based on a North American liberal-arts framework.

wing consists of 8 classrooms including a computer lab and a science lab. In addition to classrooms, NCA has a regulation soccer field and an open-air chapel facility to accommodate school assemblies and weekly chapel programs.
