is a load and stress testing tool designed to measure the performance of web and RIA applications. It works by simulating traffic up to thousands of users in order to determine how the application performs under load. It provides various analyses, i.e., response times, number of simultaneous users, server activity, etc., to provide insight into where bottlenecks may exist.

The objective is to identify problems early in order to optimize the performance and quality of the application before it goes into production.
