Geography

Morissen has an area, , of 5.7 km² (2.2 sq mi). Of this area, 86.8% is used for agricultural purposes, while 6.2% is forested. Of the rest of the land, 3.7% is settled (buildings or roads) and the remainder (3.3%) is non-productive (rivers, glaciers or mountains).
