. One of the biggest welfare associations in Scotland it has 20 club members and is sponsored by Planwell Roofing Supplies.

The association has two divisions, a Premier and a First Division. In 2008, the champions of the Premier Division were Moray Social of Elgin, while the First Division champions were Banff Rovers. Aberlour Villa won 2 cup competitions (The Mike Simpson Memorial and The Planwell Cup) meanwhile 2007 Treble Winners, Bishopmill Villa won just one trophy in 2008, that being the Tewnion Memorial Shield.
