Somerset Entertainment

Somerset is a producer and distributor of specialty music sold through non-traditional retailers. Somerset has a network of over 28,000 interactive displays in 18,500 locations in more than 20 countries, the type where customers push a button to listen to a CD in a kiosk. In 2007, Somerset sold over 16 million records and recorded revenue of $90.6 million and EBITDA of $20.5 million . Somerset employs over 180 employees and has offices in Toronto, ON, Buffalo Grove, IL, Minneapolis, MN and Essex, UK.

Fluid announced the completion of its acquisition of Somerset on November 25, 2009 . The acquisition valued Somerset Entertainment at $53.1 million dollars.
