Mona Elizabeth Clara Grey, OBE
, FRCN
(died 27 May 2009, Holywood, County Down, aged 98) was Northern Ireland
's first Chief Nursing Officer (CNO).
In 1960 she became Northern Ireland's first CNO and subsequently played a significant role in restructuring its health services in the country. More recently she helped establish a research chair in nursing at the University of Ulster
