I Just Can't Stop It is the debut album by UK 2 tone band The Beat. The album was released in 1980 via Go Feet Records in the UK. It was released the same year in the US on I.R.S...

(1980). It reached #4 in the UK charts and consequently was their biggest selling single/highest charting single in the UK until 1983. It is still played live by the band. It was released again in 1995 as a CD single (Remix EP) to promote b.p.m.: The Very Best of the Beat (1996). The single featured #44 in 1995. That same album also features four remixes of the song on CD2 (m.p.b.m.): These are "Dub in the Bathroom", "Just Can't Stop the Dub", Mark 'Spike' Stent Remix, and Tic Tac Toe remix.

The original version also features on the albums What is Beat? (1983), What is the English Beat? (1983), b.p.m.: The Very Best of the Beat (1996), Beat This! The Best of the Beat (2000), Rude Boy Revival (2002), The Platinum Collection (2006) and You Just Can't Beat It: The Best of the Beat (2008).
