 and has legal grounding under Chapter 3 of the Australian Constitution. The structure of the court is still being drafted by the Australian Department of Defence and Attorney-General's Department and is expected to be finalised and introduced as a legislative bill to Parliament in 2010 and expected to be established by 2011.
