Mayflower Corporation

Mayflower Corporation PLC or Mayflower as it was more commonly known was a company that designed, engineered and manufactured bodies for cars, light trucks, sports utility vehicles, commercial vehicle cabs, bus, coach bodies, chassis and fire engines. Its chief executive was John Simpson. Former British Prime Minister John Major was a non-executive director at the group until 2003.

The Mayflower Corporation went into administration on the 31st March 2004.
