The beginning

Starts his professional career in 1983, making the dance production "Talk About" by "Phaeax", production funded by Luciano Zucchet, which will later become his financial partner in the societies Bliss Corporation and GZ2538
The production becomes quickly popular among the Italian Dance scene, and after an early release by Italian recording company CGD, will be printed as well on JDC Records INC., ZYX Records, High Fashion Music, Hot Point, Dureco Benelux, High Fashion Music, Dee Jay's Gang, 12 Inch Stars.

In 1986 moves to London (City in which he'll be back several times until early nineties, where he works with some local producers. Several demo are sent or presented to British labels A/R. All demoes are turned down.

Coming back in Italy, from 1988 to 1990 makes and produce an early female Rap band the "Lorimeri" with which will place second, in the 1990 "Festivalbar" show. The Lorimeri album "Una Storia Fantastica" (A Fantastic Story) and the 3 singles "Ragazze" (Girls) "Tell me Why" and "Una Storia Fantastica" will again be released by CGD

Milan

In 1990 moves to Milano, Italy, where gets hired by the hit producer Claudio Cecchetto and the Italian superstar Jovanotti

, to work as musician on the production of the third album of the Artist, with which writes, as co-author of the musical parts the songs "Gente della notte",(Night's People) "I numeri" (The Numbers) ,"C'è bisogno di te" (There is the need of You) , "Giovane sempre" (Forever Young), "Diritti e doveri" (Rights and Duties), "Never let me go".

From 1990 to 1992 works in the Milan based production Studio NTM of Roberto Turatti and Mario Natale, getting involved as musician with the production of Jo Squillo, Sabrina Salerno, Stefano Secchi, while meantime working on the production of the musical themes of the Channel 4 television show Sabato al Circo (Saturday to the Circus)

In the same year he works for the Milano label Propio records of Stefano Secchi and Alex Peroni as live shows road manager for the group Co.Ro. following the group tours in Italy, Spain, Switzerland and Belgium

For the Propio label works as well as musician and co-author of the songs "We Are Easy To Love" and "A Brighter Day" of Stefano Secchi

Bliss Corporation

To open his own production company Massimo Gabutti comes back to his hometown Turin, Italy, where in the 1992 starts Bliss Corporation, thanks to the funding of his lifetime business partner Luciano Zucchet. The company specialize in Dance Music.

Success is almost immediate with Bliss Team's "People Have The Power" reaching #7 in the 1993 Italian Charts
Bliss Team were made by BlissCo internal musician [Gianfranco Randone] (Voice, Keyboards) and DJ Roberto Molinaro

In 1993 creates the group Da Blitz that will hit the charts repeatedly from 1994 to 1996 starting with "Let Me Be" (peak #11), "Take My Way" and with "Stay With Me" they'll finally reach #1. Da Blitz will score again with the songs "Movin On" (peak #1), "Take Me Back" (peak #4) and "I Believe" (peak #8).

In the same years Gabutti produce a series of smaller but steady successes in the Italian Dance Scene. Among these are "Anybody Anyway" (peak #7), "Don't Stop" by "DJ Prezioso", "In the Name Of Love" by Vandana, "This is the Time" by "Blyzart", and "You Make Me Cry" (peak #13), "Hold On To Love" (peak #8) and "Love is Forever" again with the Bliss Team.

Starting from 1999 Gabutti organise a series of live concerts that will bring Eiffel 65 to tour in Germany, France, Holland, Spain, Egypt, Denmark, Belarus, Lettonia, Estonia, Latvia, Finland, Sweden, Russia, Canada and a 3 months long USA Tour that will bring Eiffel 65 to perform in front of an audience of 75.000 at the Dodgers Stadium of L.A.

Beside "Move Your Body" the 3rd Single "Too Much of Heaven" will reach the #1 position in the Italian charts.

In 2001 the second album, "Contact" is released by Warner and the singles "Lucky " and "80's Star" are the chosen singles

In 2003, Massimo Gabutti sign the Eiffel 65 with Universal Italy, producing the third album, simply called "Eiffel 65" (peak #18).

Meantime the group participate to the "Sanremo Festival" an important Italian Music contest with the song "Quelli che non hanno età" (Those without age) that will stand out being the most sold single participating to the competition (highest #4). The next singles to be released will be "Viaggia insieme a me" (Travel with me) (highest #10), "Una Notte e forse mai più" (One Night and maybe goodbye) (highest #14).

A Spin off project derived from Eiffel 65's "Blue" will be "Zorotl" a 3D Animation character produced by Massimo Gabutti and Celestino Gianotti, his partner in the by then, newly created "BlissCo Media" Society. The project will be released by BMG Germany, with the single "I Wanna Be".

In 2006 the project Eiffel 65 dissolves after 7 year of activity and 14 million records sold.

Other productions

Form 2003 to 2006 Massimo Gabutti produces the 2 albums of Gabry Ponte (Eiffel 65 DJ and Radio personality) Doctor Jeckyll and Mr. DJ" and "Gabry Ponte" both of them released by Universal Italy, getting in the national charts with the singles Geordie" (highest #15) and "La Danza delle streghe" (highest #5).

in 2004 produce the remix version of "Dragostea din tei - Haiducii vs Gabry Ponte" ((c) Universo s.p.a) which reach position #1.

Meantime produce the collaboration of the DJ Gabry Ponte with the Sixties Italian icon Little Tony that with the single "Figli di Pitagora" (Sons of Pitagora) (highest #21) will station for 15 weeks in the Italian Charts.

2006 see Massimo Gabutti and Gabry Ponte topping the German Charts again with the production "Just Be Good to Me" by "Karmah" that will remain 34 and 24 weeks in the German and Austrian charts respectively (peak #5 in Germany and #2 in Austria), the Group, represented live by the rapper Juliano Bozzano and the singer Elisa Bava will release an album for Universal Germany "Be Good To Me".

Fondazione Sonora

in 2007 , with the help of Bliss Corporation's artistic producers Domenico Capuano and Federico Malandrino, Massimo Gabutti extends the production's range to Indie music, creating the "Fondazione Sonora" (Sonic Foundartion) Label, completely dedicated to the Italian emerging music scene

First productions are quite experimental, but still Pop contaminated, like "Non è la Fine" (Is not the end) by "Teoria delle Orbite", or "Se Fossi Fuoco" (If I'd be fire) by "Amotivo" and "Molecole e Ormoni" (Molecules and Hormones) by Banshis

In 2008 with the single "Wale (Tanto Wale)" of the Emo group "Dari" obtain an excellent mediatic success with more than 2 millions YouTube views of the video, which he directed. Getting straight with the following album "Sottovuoto Generazionale" at position #12 of the Italian Charts Album and singles will be released by EMI Italy.

Beside, for the group, Gabutti produces as well a webreality series called Dari4Real, and the book "TuttoDARIfare" published by Sperling & Kupfer

In the winter 2008 organize an Italian live tour for the band.
