 is a first class only service operated by LeNORD. It links Malpensa Aeroporto with Milano Cadorna railway station in 40 minutes, and runs every 30 minutes in each direction from early morning until late evening.

Since 13 September 2010, Malpensa Aeroporto has also been a terminus of two pairs of long distance Frecciarossa trains operated by Trenitalia.
