The proposed design was a cubical tower, clad in light varied glass surfaces and natural stones, selected to complement the Nordic light. Among the details projected for the tower were a sky-bar on the top floor, hanging gardens on three different levels, an indoor tropical garden, and a colonnade with cafés and shops along the base of the building.
