Mai Meneses, the youngest of six children, holds a Bachelor degree in Law from Universidad San Pablo CEU (Madrid). In 2002, she was a contestant on the 2nd series of Operación Triunfo

. In 2005 they released their debut album He Perdido Los Zapatos under their own label Daconte Music. The next year Universal Music signed them and re-released the album with a bonus track (a remix of the song Idiota). This album was the 3rd best selling album in Spain. It included En que estrella estará, which became the most downloaded song of Spain that same year.

Their second album, titled "Retales De Carnaval", was released on September 30, 2008. The first single, "Tenia Tanto Que Darte", premiered on 23 August and became Spain's Best Selling song of 2008 on iTunes
