Church organised in year 1974, when Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod's pastor Siegbert Becker called teach to Stiftelsen Biblicum. Church works both in Sweden and Norway. In Sweden it's official magazine is Bibel och bekännelse, which appear five time in year. It's Norwegian version, Bibel og Bekjennelse appear four times in year.
