 just west of Vinton. LA 109 heads due north through Calcasieu Parish and into Beauregard Parish, intersecting LA 12 along the way. In Beauregard Parish, LA 109 turns to the northeast. It has a short wrong-way concurrency with LA 389. The highway ends at a junction with LA 27.
