 to an intersection with LA 22 (Mulberry Street). At this point, LA 21 begins to the north and overlaps LA 1077. After heading north four blocks further on Main Street, both LA 1077 and LA 21 turn west on St. John Street; and, two blocks farther, both routes turn north-northwestward. The two highways split less than a mile farther, with LA 1077 continuing in a north-northwestward direction, eventually meeting I-12 at a diamond interchange (Exit 57). Shortly thereafter, LA 1085 crosses, and, farther north, US 190 at Goodbee

. Shortly thereafter, a LA 1078 exits to the east-southeast while LA 1077 continues northward as Savannah Road. Shortly thereafter, LA 1077 turns eastward to its terminus at LA 25.
