Route description

LA 1069 begins at a four-way intersection with LA 436 and a local road known as Mill Street. It continues northward from the intersection; LA 436 continues southward and eastward, and Mill Street continues westward. LA 1069 is an undivided two-lane urban road locally known as Eleventh Street for its entire length. It also is parallel to LA 25
